People who hold space for others need space held for them too.
Join Julia and Geetha in a care-forward space — one that invites people working in and with community to pause, reflect on big questions shaping our work and communities, and spend time together in a curious, playful, and thoughtful environment, without pressure to solve or fix.
This session will be gently anchored in a shared question:
Where do we feel — and where can we have — agency, power, and responsibility over the changes we want to make — in ourselves, our organizations, and the systems we’re part of?
Finding our way through questions like these doesn’t come from having the right answers. It comes from paying attention, listening to diverse perspectives, tending relationships with care (and joy), and making sense of things together. 💜
